Which participants can you take?
Self-managed and plan-managed participants anywhere in Australia. We can't take NDIA-managed plans, as we're not a registered NDIS provider.
How many hours does an FCA use?
It depends on the person and what the plan review needs. We quote the hours in writing before we start, so you can check them against the Improved Daily Living budget.
Will the NDIA accept a telehealth FCA?
Telehealth is an accepted way to deliver occupational therapy under the NDIS. Every report explains how the assessment was done, so the planner can rely on the evidence.
Can you provide evidence for SIL, SDA, home modifications or AT?
Yes. If a request needs something we can't assess by video, such as some home measurements, we'll tell you before anything is booked.
What do you need from me?
The plan review date, the client's current goals, and any previous reports you're happy to share, with the client's consent.
