I'm a Peninsula local, and Peninsula Pathways is a one-therapist practice — so the person you speak to on the phone is the person who comes to your home, does the assessment and writes your report.
I work with NDIS participants and people receiving occupational therapy through a Home Care Package, right across the Peninsula. My approach is warm, practical and built around what you actually want to be able to do.

Home visits and telehealth
No. You can contact us directly. If you are an NDIS participant you will need occupational therapy funding in your plan, and if you have a Home Care Package your case manager can arrange it. Neither requires a GP referral or a Medicare care plan.
Yes. Home visits are the standard way we work, because your home is where most of the answers are. We travel across the Mornington Peninsula. Telehealth is available Australia-wide where it suits the work.
Self-managed and plan-managed. We are not able to take NDIA-managed plans.
Yes. Home Care Packages became Support at Home on 1 November 2025, and occupational therapy is funded under it as a clinical support — the government covers the cost. More about OT under a package.
The current wait for a first appointment is one to two weeks. Capacity is published and kept up to date on our referrals page.
