Before you call

What helps us give you a useful answer.

Your funding

NDIS (and whether self-managed or plan-managed), a Home Care Package, or private. This determines almost everything about how we can work together.

Your suburb

Travel shapes scheduling on the Peninsula. Knowing where you are lets us give you a real timeframe rather than an optimistic one.

Any deadline

A plan review date, a hospital discharge, a package that has just been approved. Tell us the date and we will work back from it.

Questions

Common questions

What is a discovery call?

A short phone conversation, free, no obligation. We ask what you are looking for and what funding you have; you ask whatever you need to. At the end of it you will know whether we can help, roughly when, and roughly what it would cost.

How quickly will you reply?

Within two business days, every time. If we are going to be slower than that on a particular week, the referrals page says so.

Can my case manager or coordinator contact you on my behalf?

Yes, and that is often the simplest route. They can use the referral form on the referrals page or email us directly.
